All our computers are from Brands you recognise and trust, everything is in English, complete with a 3-pin plug :-)
The documentation, keyboard, operating system, software, installation CD's, and markings are also in English, thus enabling our customers to use their equipment with the minimum fuss, time, and complication.

Should a fix not be possible over the phone, and with your permission, then the engineer can access your computer remotely through the Internet and try and resolve your issue via that route. This represents excellent value for money. There is no problem too small and trivial for us to answer. What to us may be just a 5 minute call, to our clients is piece of mind!
The best computer training in Town:
There are no classrooms with Algarve Laptops. All our training is one to one, we will not even allow husbands and wives to train together. Our training programmes are tailored specifically to you, and to your needs. Whether you are a seasoned IT Professional, or an aspiring silver surfer, we guarantee the right training for you. The majority of training is conducted in your home or office, ideally on your own equipment. You are responsible for writing your own notes, using your own keyboard, and with our trainers guiding hand we then confirm and verify your notes so that they become your revision template. Our trainers are very experienced in communicating, and thus enabling you to learn quickly, and as economically as possible.
